Hoot Owl is an AI receptionist for home service businesses. It answers your calls, collects the caller's name, address, service and problem, and saves it as a lead in your workspace so you can follow up fast.
Do I get my own phone number?
Yes. Every plan includes your own HootOwl business number, in your area code when one is available. Calls forward to your phone.
Does it send text messages?
No. Hoot Owl handles phone calls only and never sends text messages to your callers.
Can I customize what my receptionist says?
Yes. You name your receptionist, write the greeting callers hear, list your services and choose from six natural voices. Then you can call yourself to hear it before your customers do.
What happens if I run out of AI minutes?
Nothing breaks. For the rest of the month, calls ring the phone number you choose. Your minutes reset on the 1st.
How long does setup take?
You pick a plan, set up your receptionist in your workspace, and you are ready to take calls.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If you cancel, you keep your service until the end of your current billing period. Payments already billed are not refundable.
